Good to know

Please be informed that within the booked time period, events for conference groups as well as for individual Guests, such as for instance: banquets, weddings, special events, can take place on the Hotel premises, in the halls and universally available rooms (bars, restaurants, inn). However, we promise to do our utmost to make them disturb you as little as possible.

The hotel day starts at 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 pm on the day of departure.

ATTENTION: As a result of changes to VAT regulations regarding the issuing of invoices based on fiscal receipts, please provide us with your invoice data. If you fail to do so, a receipt without your tax identification number will be issued for the down payment made. Subsequent issuing of an invoice on the basis of a receipt without the tax identification number will be IMPOSSIBLE. It will also be impossible to issue a settlement invoice. Your invoice data should be provided at the latest on the down payment day.

Cancellation policy

Down payment in the amount of 30% of the ordered services (payment date as results from the booking confirmation). Failing to make the down payment in a timely manner cancels the booking. Up to 100% of the stay value is to be paid on the day of arrival. Elastic cancellation conditions – in case of force majeure or chance events, the down payment made can be returned. The booking can also be transferred to another date, depending on the hotel occupancy.
